Filters allow you to quickly and easily see which contacts meet the criteria you've set. You can filter by contact type or custom tags.

To filter a list of contacts:

  1. Click on the “Filter” button

  2. Select your desired Contact Type and Tags

  3. Click “Apply”

How many filters can I apply?

Unlimited. And you can filter by multiple contact types. 

Does the filter select with an AND or an OR condition?

Filters work with “AND” logic, meaning they must meet the Customer Type and Tag criteria set. 

Will my list remain filtered after I am done using this list?

No. If you navigate away from this page, the filter will reset itself.
