You can keep any high-level information about a particular contact or interaction in the "Notes" section for that contact. It's especially handy for keeping everyone on the same page in team accounts.

To create a new note:

  1. Click on the row where the contact info is displayed to open the Contact Profile

  2. Click on the Notes section to expand it

  3. Type in your note and click the “Create note” button
