You can group lenders by tagging them. Tags are labels you create to help organize your contacts. For example, “Construction lenders”, “Tier 1 lenders”, “Lenders that did the last loan”, etc.

Tagging lets you bring your own structure to the lending criteria. You can categorize your lenders based on the data only you know about them. Tags are fully customizable, so you can add or remove them as needed.

After you create tags in your lender database, you can send loan packages directly to tags in your directory by applying a filter to select all the lenders with a particular tag.

To create a new tag: 

  1. Open the Lender Profile by clicking anywhere in the row displaying the lender info

  2. Click on the “Lending Criteria” section for it to expand

  3. In the "Tags" field, type a keyword or phrase you want to use as your tag and click enter or click where it says “Create” 

To apply a previously created tag: 

  1. Open the Lender Profile by clicking anywhere in the row displaying the lender info

  2. Click on the Lending Criteria section (it will expand)

  3. In the "Tags" field, start typing a keyword or a phrase

  4. A list of previously created tags will display

  5. Click on the tag you want to apply
